How do I pay for my sessions?
We offer two convenient payment options:
Cash
Card – We accept all major card providers.
How long will the treatments last?
Pain Management/Injury Rehab: Your initial appointment will last 45 minutes.
Your therapist will recommend the most suitable follow-up treatment length, which could be 30, 45, or 60 minutes, based on your needs.
Sports Massage: Choose from 30, 45, or 60-minute sports massage sessions.
What should I bring to my appointment?
- Feel free to bring leggings, shorts, or any comfortable clothing.
- If you're taking prescribed medication, please bring the full details with you.
- If you use running trainers or prescribed insoles, be sure to bring those along as well.
- Any recent scans or hospital results? Please bring them to your appointment.
Can I bring my children to the appointment?
Yes, absolutely! We understand how difficult it can be to arrange childcare, and we don’t want you to miss your appointment because of it. If possible, bring something to keep your child entertained. We also have a waiting room where older children are welcome to stay during your treatment.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we do. We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please let us know by calling the clinic. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, you may be charged up to 100% of the appointment cost, as we may not be able to fill the slot.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of free, unrestricted parking available around the clinic.
