How do I book an appointment?
You can book online anytime by clicking the “Book Now” button at the top of the page (available 24/7). Prefer to speak to someone? Call our reception team on 01342 925521 during clinic hours.
How do I pay for my session?
We accept:
• Cash
• Card – including all major credit/debit cards
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
How long will my appointment last?
• Initial pain/injury consultations are 45 minutes.
• Your therapist will recommend the best treatment plan, which may be 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on your needs.
• Sports massage sessions can be booked for 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
What should I bring or wear to my appointment?
Please wear or bring:
• Comfortable clothing (like gym kit or flexible fabrics)
• Any referral letters, medical notes, or scan results, if relevant
• A list of medications you’re currently taking (if applicable)
Top tip: If it’s your first appointment, arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can get settled.
Can I bring someone with me to the appointment?
Of course! We understand some clients may prefer to bring a friend or relative. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate seating if needed.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

Is there parking available?
Yes, plenty! Free, unrestricted parking is available directly outside the clinic.
